When all else fail, use a dog to get back your ratings. Well that was what happened when Jennifer Aniston’s latest movie “Marley and Me’ hits the movie theaters on Christmas Day. It overtook Brad Pitt’s latest movie, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” that opened on the same day!
“Marley and Me”, a movie about a young family staring Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson, and mischievous dog, was the leader of the pack, grossing $14.8 million, the highest one-day total ever for a film opening on Christmas. “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, a film about the life-long romance between a man who ages in reverse, staring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, gross a little under at $11.8 million.
You know that artistically done sexy cover shot of Jennifer Aniston on GQ Magazine recently? Well the former Friends star told Barbara Walters on The View on Wednesday that she had been the victim of photoshopped! Hmm.. so then, is that really her body? She never did say but according to her, the set was also supposed to be…:
“This had a whole concept. It was going to be in various stages of undress. There was going to be me in a gown and men in tuxedos. And then it would be me wearing the man’s shirt. And he would have no shirt on. And then they were supposed to get naked! Somehow I don’t know what happened!”
Oh well, whatever it is Jennifer, you still do look hot for someone turning 40 next year, photoshopped or otherwise.
I am so excited to see her comedy movie Marley and Me. There’s a little bit of trailer on the video and it looks like so much fun!

Honestly, I don’t see anything attractive about this black and gold Nicole Miller dress. But obviously, Jessica Simpson, Beyonce Knowles and Eliza Dushku thought they all would look great in it. Well I beg to differ ladies. You know, I always thought black would make you look thin but Beyonce’s thigh does not seem to conform to that rule. Opps.
Having said that though I think Jessica did something right by matching it with those fine boots and that sparkling smile on her way to promote her fragrance in Chicago.

After trying to convince Rick that going to Paris was best for everyone, Brooke changed her mind and asked him to stay on when she saw how distraught he really was. She managed to convinced Ridge to let him stayed on until after Christmas. After Christmas, however, Ridge insisted that Rick should go but Brooke is adamant that Ridge should let Rick stayed. The twist was when Steffy approached Rick, after knowing from Bridget that it was indeed true that Phoebe scratched and struggled with Rick in the car before the accident, and persuaded him to stay. They kissed!
Donna and her Honeybear, Eric, made up, but Donna convinced him to spend Christmas with his family and not let Stephanie knew about their reunion until after Christmas. After Christmas though, just as he had promised Donna, Eric told Stephanie. The scene then moves to Donna getting ready to give a homecoming that Eric would not forget. A knock on the door, she opened anticipating Eric, and screamed!
