Gossip Galore

Mandy Moore, 24, and fiance, Ryan Adams, 34, weds quietly in small, simple ceremony in Savannah, Georgia on Tuesday. According to a court source, the famous couple went unrecognized when applying for the marriage license. The couple, who was first linked in 2008,  got engaged last only last month and was reported to be head over heals in love with each other.

Moore tells Marie Claire in its April issue that her now rocker husband is “a good egg. I’m in awe of him: his brain, his passion. He’s truly one of a kind.”

Tom Brady, 31, and Gisele Bundchen, 28,  got engaged last month and got married in a small, private ceremony in Santa Monica, Calif., on Thursday. The quarterback and the supermodel  followed the wedding with a small gathering at their Brentwood home.

While the two was getting married, Megan Fox, 22, and Brian Austin Green, 35, ended their engagement quietly and decided to just be friends. The couple had met in 2004, got engaged two years later and three years later decided that the relationship won’t work.

And while the couples up there decided on what happens to their relationship, the couple down there, Kendra Wilkinson and fiance, Hank Baskett, can’t wait to get married and start a family They even have thought of baby names!

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen Are Engaged

• We just learned that this cute looking couple got engaged quietly last December peeps. Rachel Bilson, 28, who played the role of Summer Roberts on The OC, and long time boyfriend, Hayden Christensen are both reported to be thrilled about the whole matter though no wedding date has been set yet.

Salma Hayek marries French Billionaire

•  After an on-off and on again relationship, Salma Hayek, 42,  finally married long time boyfriend of three years, billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, 46, in a small and romantic Valentine’s Day wedding ceremony. The “I Do’s” was conducted in French with the bride saying “Oui,” before a dozen guests, including mother Diana Jimenez, her brother Sami (who also served as her witness) and 17-month-old Valentina, her daughter with Pinault.

• John Travolta and Kelly Preston heartbroken over son’s loss

The recent death of 16 year old Jett has left his parents heartbroken. John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, were still shock from the death as they thanked fans all over the world for their support.”We would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks to everyone who has sent their love and condolences,” they said in a statement posted on Preston’s Web site Sunday.

“Jett was the most wonderful son that two parents could ever ask for and lit up the lives of everyone he encountered. We are heartbroken that our time with him was so brief. We will cherish the time we had with him for the rest of our lives,” says the statement.

“We have received many messages of condolence from around the world and we want to thank everyone for their prayers and support. It has meant so much to us. It is a beautiful reminder of the inherent goodness in the human spirit that gives us hope for a brighter future.”

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family as they go through this loss in their lives.

• Kelly Rutherford Splits from Millionaire Husband

Kelly Rutherford, 40, who is well known for her character in Gossip Girl, is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the split with husband of 2 years, German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch. Rutherford who is three months pregnant also has a son, Hermes, with Giersch.

Yeah people! Are we geared up for the wedding on the 10 January? I’m just waiting for the wedding invitation here. LOL! Watch this space!

Though I don’t celebrate Christmas personally, I have always enjoyed the holidays. Friends and bosses are usually in  high spirits and I always end up with a gift or two from them. Plus there were always the parties which means great food, great company, lots of dancing and interactions, networking and the highlight of it all, the year end bonus. I mean, what’s NOT to love right? LOL!
